Shaun has been a Retrofit Energy Engineer with Electric Ireland Superhomes since January 2018.
He has a first-class honours degree in Renewable Energy & Energy Management from the Institute of Technology Tralee. He has previous experience working in the UK carrying out energy audits, on construction domestic energy assessments, specification of building fabric upgrades, heat load calculations as well as the design, specification and certification of heat pump systems for domestic and light commercial properties.

And you get to be on the cutting edge of new construction methods, renewable technologies and learning how to best use these to give a homeowner their best home. There is a huge amount to the role and it can be really challenging so it never gets boring!
